Welcome to the Proof of Concept site for the Common European Submission Platform for Human and Veterinary Electronic Submissions. This system provides a simple and secure mechanism for exchange of submission information, covering the following:
- National, MRP and DCP application types
- Initial, variation and renewal submissions
The aim of the Proof of Concept is to:
- Provide a secure method of communicating with the Regulatory Agencies via one gateway
- Allow submission of an application once to reach all required Agencies
- Reduce the burden for both Industry and Regulators of submitting/handling applications on CD-Rom and DVD

Accessing the Portal
To register please complete the registration form available by selecting the “Register” option on this page.
Once approved your account will be set up within 24 hours and an automated email will be sent to your email account with connection details.
The portal can be accessed using two methods either though an sFTP client (preferred option) or through a web based interface. In order to connect to the portal you will need:
- A PC with broadband access that can use either:
- FTP client that has sFTP capability (currently tested clients are Filezilla V3.4 + (free ftp client) or CuteFTP V8.3+ professional) or
- Standard web browser with java enabled
